Ardleigh Green v Nelmes

On Wednesday 11th March Ardleigh Green played football against Nelmes. The match was very close but Ardleigh Green had most of the possession playing on a very hard and bumpy pitch.
At half time the score was one nil to Ardleigh Green following a great header from Jack Bushell.
Mid way through the second half Max Leader scored from just outside the penalty area making it two nil to Ardleigh Green.
The final score was Ardleigh Green 2 v 0 Nelmes
We are now looking forward to the return match which will be played before the Easter holidays.
