At Ardleigh Green, we look to inspire and excite children through a vibrant, diverse and exciting Primary Languages curriculum. We cover a wide variety of topics and themes and encourage high expectations and excellent standards in their foreign language learning. Our goal is to enable children to feel confident and eager to continue learning additional languages beyond KS2.
Our Linguists
Knowledge: Our pupils will navigate grammar and vocabulary through a range of topics which build on prior learning to give children the confidence to apply their learning to different contexts.
Skills: Children will be able to demonstrate the four key language learning skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Experiences: Children will use role play and experience language and culture days throughout their time with us to enrich their language learning and bring it to life.
